Real problems.
Real outcomes.

Each of these is real work. Some are single engagements, some combine several clients with the same problem, and one is work our founder did before WorkflowLoom. Each is labeled, and details are changed to protect the client.

Operations & Automation

"We had a $3 million monthly backlog"

Client engagement, details changed
The situation

A large valve manufacturer was re-keying inventory data between their ERP system, and their parts department, paint shop, assembly, and vendors by hand. Every single day. Errors were common, fulfillment was slow, and the ops team was spending 20+ hours a week on work a machine should be doing.

What we did

We mapped their entire order workflow and built a fully automated pipeline connecting every system in that chain. Orders flow in, get validated, and update every platform in real time, no human in the loop unless something needs attention.

Outcome

20+ hours/week recovered. Near-zero data entry errors. Team redeployed to higher-value work. Backlog cleared to full production capacity

Web Presence

"Our website wasn't winning us any business"

Client engagement, details changed
The situation

A manufacturing company had a website that looked like it was built in 2004, because it was. No SEO structure, no clear calls to action, and a design that made prospects question whether the company was still active. Referrals were carrying all the weight.

What we did

We rebuilt their site from scratch with a modern design, clear service messaging, and a proper SEO foundation. We also added a lead capture flow and connected it to their CRM so no inquiry fell through the cracks.

Outcome

3x increase in organic traffic within 60 days. Inbound leads from the web for the first time in years.

Data & Reporting

"We had no idea which marketing was actually working"

Composite of several clients
The situation

A growing services company was running Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and email sequences simultaneously, but had no way to connect spend to actual closed revenue. Every Monday, someone pulled numbers from three different platforms into a spreadsheet that was already out of date.

What we did

We built a unified reporting pipeline pulling from all ad platforms, their CRM, and their billing system into a single live dashboard. Now they see spend, pipeline, and revenue in one view, updated automatically.

Outcome

Marketing budget reallocated within 30 days based on real data. Manual reporting eliminated entirely.

AI Agent Systems

"We needed AI without the enterprise price tag"

Current clients, details changed
The situation

A 20-person consulting firm watched their team copy-paste the same answers to client questions dozens of times a week. They'd looked at enterprise AI platforms but couldn't justify five-figure contracts. They assumed AI was out of reach.

What we did

We built a custom AI agent trained on their service offerings, FAQs, and past client communications. It handles first-touch inquiries, qualifies leads, and drafts responses, all routed through tools they already use.

Outcome

Response time cut from 24 hours to under 5 minutes. Team handles 40% more inquiries with the same headcount.

Operations & Automation

"Onboarding new hires was becoming a full time job..."

Earlier work by our founder, before WorkflowLoom
The situation

A large, national construction company was hiring rapidly and drowning in the manual process that is employee onboarding and associated paperwork.

What we did

We built a kiosk-based onboarding system: a new hire sat down, completed all of their paperwork on-screen (HR forms, legal, safety training, the whole stack), and when they were done, the system stored everything in their system and automatically generated emails with the relevant PDF documents attached and routed them to the appropriate department heads. No paper. No follow-up. The right documents landed on the right desks the moment the new hire stood up from the kiosk.

Outcome

They saved having to hire another dedicated HR team member and reduced onboarding time by 75%.

Data & Reporting

"We were building the same Excel report every week"

Composite of several clients
The situation

An operations manager at a manufacturing company spent every Friday afternoon pulling data from three systems into a master spreadsheet. The same spreadsheet, rebuilt from scratch, every single week. By Monday it was already stale.

What we did

We replaced the manual process with an automated data pipeline that pulls, cleans, and loads the data on a schedule. The report is always current, always consistent, and lives in a dashboard the whole leadership team can access in real time.

Outcome

4+ hours reclaimed every week. Leadership now reviews live data instead of last week's snapshot.
